Refunds and Cancellations

Policy Changes

No vehicle changes will be accepted after the policy is in force.

The only changes that will be acceptable after the policy has been issued are personal data (e.g.: Name, Address, Telephone, etc.)

You may update or change your account information by contacting us at info@adavisglobal.com or via our secure customer login page.

Policy Refunds

This insurance contract can only be cancelled by either the insured or insurance company and it must be done in WRITING.

All daily policy refunds will be determined by the amount of days used.

All annual policy refunds will be converted into a daily rate and the customer will be charged for the used days.

All annual policies will be fully earned on the 15th day from the policy effective date.

A request to cancel a policy for which a pending loss has been reported or a loss has been paid, the premium is fully earned and no refund will be granted!

All policies cancelled prior to the effective date will be charged a 10% cancellation fee.

All policies cancelled after the effective date will be charge the used premium and a 10% cancellation fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

Duplicate policies can be cancelled for a full refund at anytime however; it must still be requested in writing.

To request a cancellation it must be done in WRITING and please be sure to include a contact number!
